Digital products
Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final.
When we will make it right
- Your download link does not work
- The file is corrupted or will not open
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- You received a product different from the one you purchased
In these cases, we will re-deliver the file or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Email: basecampcompass@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We respond within two business days.
Coupon codes and sales
Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively to a completed order.
